1. The service
Meetini helps you follow live meetings and interviews, produce transcripts and notes, and review them afterwards. Live meeting audio and AI requests are sent through Meetini's server to OpenAI for processing.
- Desktop downloads and features depend on the access and plan shown for your signed-in account. Creating an account alone does not confirm a paid plan or app entitlement.
- Previously issued invitation or license keys remain a separate access channel. Recruiter invitations include Interviewer mode for 14 days from first activation.
- Features may change, be limited or be withdrawn.
2. Your account
- You sign in to Meetini through Clerk, our sign-in provider, with Google or a one-time email code. Keep access to your sign-in method secure and tell us at info@meetini.net if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
- Desktop downloads and updates tied to your Meetini account depend on that account, so keep it secure. Previously issued access keys remain separate from account sign-in.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the information you give us.
3. Telling meeting participants
Meetini captures audio from your microphone and, if you allow it, your computer's system audio, which can include other people's voices. You are responsible for using Meetini lawfully.
- Before you use Meetini in a meeting, inform the other participants and obtain their consent where the law that applies to you or to them requires it.
- Follow any meeting, workplace or platform rules that apply to transcription or AI note-taking.
- Do not use Meetini where you are not permitted to capture or transcribe the conversation.
4. AI output
Transcripts, notes, suggestions and other output are generated automatically by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete or misattributed. AI processing can also fail; when it does, captions or the original transcript may be all that is available. Review output before you rely on it, share it or act on it. Meetini output is not professional, legal, medical, financial or employment advice.
5. Your content and exports
- You keep whatever rights you have in the audio, text and other content you provide and in the transcripts and notes generated for you ("your content").
- You allow us and the service providers we use to process your content only as needed to provide, secure and support Meetini for you, as described in the Privacy Notice.
- You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for the content you capture.
- Copies you copy, export, download or share outside Meetini are your responsibility. Deleting data in Meetini does not delete copies you have exported.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Meetini to:
- break the law or violate other people's privacy, confidentiality or other rights;
- capture or transcribe conversations without any notice or consent the law requires;
- interfere with, probe or overload Meetini or its service providers, or get around access, usage or security limits;
- share invitation or license keys, or let others use your account; or
- copy, resell or reverse engineer Meetini except where the law allows it.
7. Notes subscription
You can subscribe to Notes through Stripe Checkout from your Account page. If checkout is not available, the site says so and no subscription can be started.
- Price: USD $15 per month.
- Included usage: 100 meeting minutes each monthly billing period. Unused minutes do not carry over to the next period.
- Automatic renewal: after you complete Stripe Checkout, your subscription renews automatically every month and you are charged USD $15 each period until you cancel.
- Final amount: the final amount you will be charged appears in Stripe Checkout before you complete payment.
- Payment: payments are processed by Stripe. You enter payment details on Stripe's pages, not on Meetini.
- Signing in or opening checkout does not start a subscription. A subscription starts only when you complete Stripe Checkout.
8. Career and Interviewer subscriptions
Career and Interviewer are individual self-subscriptions: each is bought by one person for their own use. A plan can be purchased only when your signed-in Account page shows a purchase button for it, and a subscription starts only when you complete Stripe Checkout. If no purchase button is shown, the plan cannot be purchased for your account.
- Career price: USD $39 per month.
- Career included usage: each monthly billing period, 100 meeting minutes, 2 candidate interviews of up to 45 minutes each and 3 practice interviews of up to 20 minutes each.
- Interviewer price: USD $59 per month.
- Interviewer included usage: each monthly billing period, 100 meeting minutes and 8 recruiter interviews of up to 45 minutes each.
- Unused allowance: included minutes and interviews that you do not use do not carry over to the next period.
- Automatic renewal: after you complete Stripe Checkout, your subscription renews automatically every month and you are charged the plan's monthly price each period until you cancel.

9. Add-ons
Add-ons are one-time purchases that add to the allowance of an active paid subscription. An add-on can be purchased only when your signed-in Account page shows a purchase button for it, and a purchase happens only when you complete Stripe Checkout.
- Meeting minutes: USD $9, one time, for 60 meeting minutes.
- Practice interviews: USD $8, one time, for 2 practice interviews of up to 20 minutes each.
- Interview minutes: USD $9, one time, for 60 interview minutes.
- Expiry: an add-on allowance expires at the end of your current subscription billing period and never carries over to the next period, whether or not you use it.
- No renewal: an add-on is charged once and does not renew.
- Final amount: the final amount you will be charged appears in Stripe Checkout before you complete payment.
- Payment: payments are processed by Stripe. You enter payment details on Stripe's pages, not on Meetini.
10. Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel a Notes, Career or Interviewer subscription at any time through the billing portal, opened from Manage billing on your Account page.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to the canceled plan until then, and you are not charged again.
- Any add-on allowance still expires at the end of the current billing period, as described in Add-ons.
- We do not give prorated refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused minutes, interviews or add-on allowances, except where applicable law requires a refund or where we made a billing error. To report a billing error, email info@meetini.net.
11. Privacy
The Privacy Notice explains what data Meetini handles, why, which service providers are involved, how long data is kept and how to delete it. Account self-deletion is not available yet; to ask us to delete your account, email info@meetini.net.
12. Suspension and ending use
You can stop using Meetini at any time. We may suspend or end access to Meetini, including account access and previously issued access keys, if you breach these Terms, if needed to protect Meetini, its users or others, or if we stop offering a feature.
13. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Meetini is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable law that cannot be limited by agreement.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using Meetini after the updated Terms take effect, the updated Terms apply. If you do not agree, stop using Meetini and cancel any subscription.
